Recognize and reward your employees’ behaviours and activities.
Performance awards have been gaining momentum & quickly becoming the leading form of recognition companies are offering their employees. Companies recognize they need to retain a strong workforce as competition is fierce & the Generation Y employee won't stick around for that first 5 Year Long Service Award. You want to keep them? Show them! As said A highly engaged workforce is 50% more productive than an unengaged workforce.1 Keeping your employees happy will ensure that you have happy customers! Are your employees engaged? Research by Gallup has found that average organizations, the ratio of engaged to actively disengaged employees is 1.5:1 in comparison to world-class organizations where the ratio is near 8:1. The study goes on to say that actively disengaged employees erode an organization's bottom line while breaking the spirits of colleagues in the process. Within the U.S. workforce, Gallup estimates this cost to be more than $300 billion in lost productivity alone.
Employee performance achievements occur every day, from efficiency and safety on your production floor to improved service performance at your call center. Show your employees that their contributions matter through a performance award program.
R&D can help you design an employee performance recognition program from concept to implementation, and from implementation to tracking results. We will help you to reward positive performance behaviours and activities aligned to your corporate values and mission and help you celebrate the performance achievements that take place when your people are committed to your strategies and focused on your business objectives, values and mission.

Be Aware that there are service providers out there that expect you to pay for points as they are awarded, not redeemed. If you pay for points for your employee and they expire or are not redeemed then you are paying for recognition that is not appreciated. The motivation is lost.
